Welcome to the official website of the 2026 ASEAN–Korea Partnership Project for Innovative Culture (PIC).

This website will provide updates on the event program, featured speakers, exhibition, participation information, and more as details become available.


Under the theme of “Cultural Intellectual Property (IP),” this year’s project explores new possibilities for ASEAN–Korea cultural cooperation and discusses policy, industry, and collaborative approaches to building a sustainable cultural IP ecosystem.

In particular, this year’s Forum will introduce a new Youth Session, where an ASEAN–Korea youth team will develop and present ideas for ASEAN–Korea collaboration through cultural IP.

Through the exhibition and the Follow-up Network Meeting, the project also seeks to further strengthen the foundation for cultural exchange and cooperation between ASEAN and Korea.

ASEAN–Korea Innovative Culture Forum

Experts, policymakers, creators, and cultural practitioners from ASEAN and Korea will share experiences and discuss the future of the cultural IP ecosystem.

Exhibition

7–13 November 2026 Ayala Museum

An exhibition showcasing diverse cultural and creative initiatives from ASEAN and Korea inspired by this year's Forum theme.

ASEAN–Korea Innovative Culture Network

8 November 2026, 10:00-13:30 New World Makati Hotel

A working-level networking programme bringing together representatives of leading cultural and creative institutions from ASEAN Member States and Korea to explore future cooperation.

Over the coming weeks, additional information—including the detailed programme, speaker profiles, exhibition information, and participation opportunities—will be updated on this website.
